Makes 2 drinks

  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 3/4 cups cold water
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional protein booster)
