Try one of these great ice-cream recipes for the perfect summer treat!

Easy Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 2eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, sugar and milk. Stir in cream and vanilla. Makes about 1 quart or 1 liter.

Honey Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 cup milk
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups whipping cream

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and honey. Stir occasionally until hot. Pour into blender or food processor. With machine running add eggs. Stir in cream. Chill thoroughly. Makes about 1 quart or 1 liter.

Vanilla Ice Cream Base-For Variations

  • 1 egg
  • ¾cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream

Read over variation recipe. It may omit sugar or differ in mixing.

Combine egg and sugar and whisk together. Stir in milk and cream. Add variation ingredients according to directions. This yields about 3 ½ cups and allows for up to ¾ cup of your favorite chopped, crumbled or crushed cookie, candy or other flavor ingredient.
